Staff of Tokyo Shure, Shure University. Tokyo Shure is one of the oldest free democratic schools and Shure University is the first student-directed university in Japan. Shure University students create their own life values and lifestyles even though Japanese society puts huge emphasis on educational background such as diplomas. Kageki has supported student-directed studies and activities. He is actively involved in the law making movement for child and youth directed education. Kageki also has continued sociological studies and published several books.
